Private Home with Guest Cottage
Villa Carissa is a
charming home with a guest cottage that sits on a one full acre of land adjoining
Coral Sands.
The home is very private and
has direct access (3 minute walk) from the ocean. Guests staying at the Villa
Carissa have full access and use of all resort guest amenities including our two
restaurants, lighted tennis court, beach, private beach cabanas, beach towels
and beach equipment.
The main house and guest cottage will accommodate up to 8 people.
The
main house has three separate bedrooms, three baths, kitchen, separate dining and
living rooms. Sleeping accomodations include a king-sized bed in the master
bedroom of the main house and a king size bed in the second & third bedroom of the main
house.
The guest cottage has one bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom.
