::Hotel Policies::
Rate Basis	:	All rates are per night based on double occupancy except for the Ocean Front Beach House which is based on 4 people and the Villa Carissa which is based on up to 8 people. All rates are daily rates except for the Villa Carissa private home which is available for full week only.
Additional Person Rate	:	$50/day for adults; $30/day for children under 12.
Room Taxes & Service Fees	:	All room rates are subject to a 20% additional surcharge for taxes and service fees except for the Beach House which is subject to a surcharge of 10% for taxes plus $100/night in service fees and the Villa Carissa which is totally exempt from both taxes and service charges.
Deposit Policy	:	3 night deposit by valid credit card required at time of booking on all rooms and suites. For Christmas/New Year holidays the balance of amounts due is required 60 days prior to arrival. Full payment for the first week of any Villa Carissa booking is required at time of booking. Payment for additional weeks are due 60 days prior to arrival.
Minimum Stays	:	3 night minimum on all rooms and suites except from June 29 through July 7 which has a 5 night minimum and during the Christmas/New Year holiday which has a 7 night minimum. Full week minimum on Villa Carissa bookings. Weekly stays start on Saturday of each week.
Cancellation Policy	:	All reservations for rooms and suites must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a 3 night cancellation and/or no show fee. Reservations for the Christmas/New Year and/or 4th Of July holidays must be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival after which no refunds are allowed. Villa Carissa reservations must be cancelled at least 60 days prior to arrival in order to avoid forfeiture of full deposit. There are no refunds for "no shows" or early departures for any rooms, suites or Villa Carissa.
