Hotel Policies

Rate Basis :
All rates are per night based on double occupancy except for the Beach House and Sea Oats, which are based on 4 people. All room and cottage rates are nightly and include Continental Breakfast daily.

Additional Person Rate :
$50/day

Room Taxes & Service Fees :
All room rates are subject to a 24% additional tax/resort fee & service charge

Cottage Taxes & Service Fees : All cottage rates are subject to a 19% additional tax/resort fee & service charge

Villa Carissa Government Fee : Villa Carissa rates are subject to a 10% government tax.
Deposit Policy :
Deposit with a valid credit card (Visa, Mastercard & American Express) is required for all reservations at time of booking. For reservations of 3 nights or less a deposit equal to the full amount of the room or cottage charge will be due at time of booking. For Christmas / New Year holidays the balance of the amount is required 60 days prior to arrival.

Minimum Stays :
Minimum stay of 1 night available for arrivals Sundays through Thursday all year round except for Black Out Dates.
Minimum stays of 2 nights available for arrivals Friday or Saturday all year except for Black Out Dates. Black Out Dates (12/24/11 to 01/02/12 minimum stay of 7 nights), (3/01/12 to 4/30/12 minimum stay of 3 nights) and (7/2/12 to 7/4/12 minimum stay of 3 nights).


Cancellation Policy : All reservations for rooms and suites must be cancelled 30 days prior to arrival in order to avoid a cancellation and / or no show fee (fee depends on length of stay). Reservations for Christmas/New Year holidays must be cancelled 60 days prior to arrival after which no refunds are allowed.
