Lucaya Building

The Lucaya building was constructed in 2001 and is the newest of our three buildings. It contains 12 junior and master suites, each of which evokes the Coral Sands signature of excellence. Surrounding it are winding pathways to the beach that blend in a lush, tropical landscape of tropical flowers, natural contours of the land and a forest of sea grape trees.

The Lucaya building boasts two types of suites both of which are furnished in stylish, plantation chic furniture with an understated glamour. Each suite has beautiful sand-color tiled floors, large closets, ceiling fans, air conditioning, in-room safe, telephone, hair dryers, luxury linen/towels, and quality personal care products. Some suites can be combined to accommodate large families or groups.

Ocean View Junior Suite has a terrace with sweeping ocean views. Each has a king bed, a double sleeper sofa and reading chair with ottoman. Bed plus sleeper-sofa sleeps four. Additional rollaway bedding is available upon request.

Ocean View Master Suite is a very spacious two-room suite with one bedroom and one bath. The bedroom features one king bed, armchair and ottoman. Separate sitting/living area furnished with a sleeper sofa, comfortable reading chairs and coffee table. Each Master Suite has two separate and beautiful terraces with dramatic ocean views—one terrace off of the main living area and one off of the private bedroom. Sleeps four using sleeper-sofa in the living room. Additional rollaway bedding is available upon request.
